From September 6 – 9, 2022, representatives of the German SINN-i project partners from the University of SiegenUVEXDITFInnovationsmanufaktur, and Technical University of Munich traveled to Barcelona, Valencia and Sierra Nevada.

Among others, the delegation was welcomed by the High Performance Sports Center and fittoken in Barcelona, as well as the European University and the municipal sports foundation in Valencia. The content of the talks was, on the one hand, to present the product prototypes and ideas developed as part of the “Go, WannaGo!” and “Active City Innovations” projects. On the other hand, possibilities for cooperation within the framework of the ongoing projects and possible future projects were also to be discussed. With the managers of the High Performance Center in the Sierra Nevada new possibilities were discussed, how athletes could be integrated in the mission to transport STEM topics through sports and movement (“STEM on the Move”).

In constructive discussions, the foundation was laid for further international cooperation in the up-coming months and years.
