What is your favorite story about joy of movement?

First live internet duo with Herbie Hancock between New York City (CCK) & Berlin (HH), involving the early internet, ISDN, Satellite & Midi, long before Skype in 1996.
What is the craziest thing you have ever done?

Living 16 years in New York City. Spending January 1st 2000 in the Amazon jungle. Creating a software company for the music industry. Founding a beautiful family of 7.
What would you tell your younger self?

Find out, who you are as soon as possible. Then stay true to yourself. Learn as much as you can. Keep your goals always in sight. Never give up. Always listen to your gut feeling. Failure is an option. Then get up & go at it again. To say it with sports: Winning means staying in the game!
How can we use joy of movement to change the world?

We cannot change the world per se. However, movement is inherent to the earth itself. So any change IS movement. So we better be movin’ !
