On the 3 of July a group of the SINN-i consortium visited the ISPO OutDoor, Europe’s largest outdoor trade fair. It was the first time that the OutDoor took place in Munich after relocating from Friedrichshafen. Therefore they started with a new innovative concept and the urge for innovation. That’s why the SINN-i podiums discussion about new innovative approaches in terms of active cities was perfectly fitting to the mood and the setting. The SINN-i Active City Innovation partners Prof. Dr. Filip Mess (TU Munich, Associate Professorship of Didactics in Sport and Health), Jean- Francois Laurent (TAFISA), Martin Soutscheck (outdooractive) and Jotto von Gierke (Lappset) discussed with Prof. Dr. Eckehard Fozzy Moritz (Innovationsmanufaktur) the topic “Urban Outdoor Innovation to convert your city into a joyful gym”.

Afterwards we had time to breath the atmosphere of the outdoor trade show and visit the sport innovations that could fit into active cities concepts like the multiBall gaming wall.
